The Connaught Theatre is a Streamline Moderne-style theatre in the centre of Worthing, in West Sussex, England. Built as the Picturedrome cinema in 1914, the venue was extended in 1935 and became the new home of the Connaught Theatre.

We are delighted to share this latest season of thrilling events with you, work that is full of passion, humour, drama and more than a dash of sweat. Matthew Kelly comes to the Connaught Theatres with Toast, a sensational play written by the talented Richard Bean (One Man, Two Guvnors). This will sell out so book now. This summer we launch our first Summer of Circus with incredible work from some of the best contemporary Circus performers in Europe. Prepare to be amazed, moved and laugh your socks off. Pirates of the Carabina will be performing Flown, an incredible show that should not be missed. Want to have a go yourself? Make sure you book a high trapeze class with Gorilla Circus – be brave it is an exhilarating experience. Other top tips for the season are BalletBoyz, the truly unique and brilliant Beardyman and the beautiful and moving Every Brilliant Thing. As well as taking the programme of events to the next level, we have been listening to your feedback and are fundraising to make some key improvements. We hope to install new seating and complete the refurbishment of the Connaught Studio in June.
